Bunty shows how to deal with blight on the potatoes 'Charlotte' & 'Desire'. She looks and squashes Caterpillars, shows how to deal with White Fly, Red Spider Mite and Powdery Mildew in the polytunnel. Suggests piles of bran for baiting slugs, demonstrates squashing snails and cutting slugs in half with scissors. Bunty explains why she ecourages flowers in the veg plot such as Forget-me-not, Feverfew, Evening Primrose, Marigold, Nasturtium, Sunflower and Borage. The last of the Beetroot 'Cylindra' have been sown as well as more Chinese Cabbage and Winter Radish 'Minowase'. Bunty stakes the peppers to stop them falling over with the weight of the crop and harvests cucumber 'Flamingo' and tomato 'Olirose'.
